At K-Botanica, customer satisfaction is a priority. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products (natural botanicals and plant-based goods), certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Perishable goods (such as plant powders, seeds, leaves, oils)
  • Health and personal care items
  • Gift cards

We also do not accept returns for products that have been altered, improperly stored, or damaged after delivery.

Return conditions

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Item not in its original condition
  • Product damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Return requested after the standard return conditions

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit for the value of your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return shipping

To return a product, please contact our support team for the return address.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a refund is granted, return shipping costs may be deducted

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
